The current site says it plainly: Van Stapele sells just one kind of cookie. This prototype makes that constraint feel intentional instead of hidden in body copy.

The shop moved from Heisteeg to a larger home at Rokin 17 in 2024. The redesign treats location as part of the conversion path, because this is an in-store-only product.

Can I pre-order cookies?

No. Pre-orders are currently not possible. Large orders of 10 boxes or more can be discussed by email.

Do you ship?

No. Cookies are only sold in the Amsterdam shop.

How long is the queue?

Weekdays are usually 5-10 minutes. Weekends can be longer, especially after noon.

How long can I keep the cookie?

The shop recommends eating it within 4 days, with reheating guidance on its instruction card.

What allergens matter?

The cookie contains egg, lactose, gluten and soy lecithin. It may contain traces of nuts or peanuts.
